In 2012 we released\u00a0Percentages & Probabilities 2012,\u00a0a quantum leap forward on the original handicapping discipline created decades ago.<\/span><\/p>\n

The original\u00a0<\/span>Percentages & Probabilities<\/em>\u00a0was written by Dr. Frederick Davis way back in 1974 and created an entirely new approach to handicapping thoroughbred horse races.
